Terms and Conditions – SellaPort Advent Giveaway Calendar 2026 – Ingrid Klimke SellaPort Edition

Only users with a valid postal address in Germany and a permanent residence in Germany are eligible to participate.

SellaPort is responsible as the organizer of this campaign/promotion. Participation in the promotion is not tied to any costs or the purchase of goods and/or services.

To participate, users must post a comment or answer the quiz question under the giveaway post.

The promotion starts on December 6, 2025 and ends on December 13, 2025 at midnight.

After the promotion has ended, SellaPort will select the winners through a random procedure. The winners will be notified in calendar week 51/2025.

The prizes will be shipped before Christmas, provided that the winners submit the required delivery information on time.

This promotion is not connected to Facebook/Meta and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook/Meta. The recipient of the data provided by participants is not Facebook/Meta, but SellaPort.

The data provided will be used solely to contact the winners and to administer the prize. Therefore, any questions, suggestions, or complaints must be addressed exclusively to SellaPort.

Furthermore, SellaPort may contact participants via private message on Facebook/Instagram and may publish the winners on the SellaPort page.

When publishing a post, the rights of third parties must not be violated. No copyrighted photos belonging to third parties may be used. Content that infringes rights will be removed immediately upon notification.

In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions or an attempt at technical manipulation, SellaPort may exclude certain participants from the promotion. In such cases, prizes may be revoked and reclaimed even after they have been awarded.

Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their contact information. If incorrect information leads to misallocation of prizes, the claim to the prize is forfeited.

The following prizes will be awarded: a total of 20 Ingrid Klimke Monthly Calendars 2026 in the limited SellaPort Edition.

SellaPort will determine and notify the winners within 7 days after the end of the promotion by mentioning their usernames under the giveaway post.

The winners must then confirm the prize via email. If confirmation is not received within 7 days, SellaPort reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

The prize is neither exchangeable nor transferable. Cash payment is excluded, as is any legal recourse.

The responsibility for any taxation of the prize lies solely with the winner.

If SellaPort is unable to provide the prize for reasons beyond its control, it reserves the right to provide an equivalent substitute.

Legal representatives, employees, retailers, and partners of SellaPort, as well as all persons involved in the creation and execution of the promotion and their family members, are excluded from participation.

Technical or other problems beyond SellaPort’s control are not subject to liability.

By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

Final Provisions

The only applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

These terms and conditions, including the prize draw mechanics, constitute the final and complete regulations for this promotion.

If any individual provision of these terms and conditions becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Legal recourse is excluded.
