Shipping and Payment Terms

The following terms apply:

Delivery of Goods

We deliver worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs based on the shipping weight:

• SellaPort Accessories (up to 31 kg): 6,- € (parcel shipping)
• SellaPort Saddles and Tack Lockers (from 31.5 kg): 55,- € (shipped via freight forwarding, per single-use pallet)

Deliveries to European Countries:

We calculate the shipping costs as follows:

• SellaPort Accessories (up to 31.5 kg): 16,- €
• SellaPort Saddles and Tack Lockers (per locker): 150,- €

Deliveries outside the EU:

For international orders outside the EU, we are happy to provide you with a customized shipping offer. Please contact us directly.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods will take place within:

• Germany: 20-25 days
• Abroad: 25-30 days

(Please note that for advance payments, the delivery time starts after we have received your payment). No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Outside Germany:

• Advance payment by bank transfer

Additional Payment Information:

• Payment by invoice is available after a credit check and must be settled within 10 days.
• When paying by credit card, your card will be charged immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

Packaging Material Return Guidelines

According to Section 15 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), we are obliged to take back the following packaging materials free of charge:

• Transport packaging (e.g. pallets, large packages)
• Sales and outer packaging that is not typically discarded by private consumers
• Sales packaging without system participation obligation
• Sales packaging containing hazardous substances
• Reusable packaging

The packaging materials can be returned to the location of actual handover or in the immediate vicinity. This helps to fulfill the recycling objectives of the EU Directive 94/62/EC.
