Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:

SellaPort Zubehör = Paketversand von 0 bis 31kg = 5,-€
SellaPort Sattel und Tunierschränke ab 31,1kg per Speditionsversand pro Einwegpalette = 55,- €

If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Sattel und Turnierschränke werden per Spedition versendet - 55,- € Sperrgüter

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

Europa / EU:
SellaPort accessory up to 31,5 Kg = 16,- €
SellaPort Saddle Cabinets
from 60 kg to 119 kg = 110,- €
from 120 kg to 125 kg = 220,- €
from 126 kg to 185 kg = 290,- €
from 186 kg to 242 kg = 380,- €
from 243 kg to 422 kg = 430,- €
from 423 kg to 484 kg = 480,- €

If the dispatch to foreign countries involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 20-25 days, for deliveries abroad within 25 - 30 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition: - After credit check
- The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 10 days.
- If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.

Information on the obligation to take back packaging material

According to current packaging legislation, we shall be obligated to take back the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge and in accordance with Section 15 (1) Sentence 1 German Packaging Act (VerpackG):

- Transport packaging, such as pallets, large packaging, etc.,
- Sales packaging and secondary packaging which, after use, does not typically accumulate as waste at private final consumers,
- Sales packaging and secondary packaging for which system integration is not possible due to system incompatibility pursuant to Section 7 (5), and
- Sales packaging containing pollutants or
- Reusable packaging.

Appropriate packaging material is used for the delivery of the product and we will take this back free of charge. We thus ensure that the packaging material is reintroduced into the recycling stream. By informing you about the return options, we aim to achieve better results in the return of packaging and thus ensure a contribution to the fulfilment of the European recycling targets according to EU Directive 94/62/EC.

As the end consumer, you may return the packaging material at the place where it is actually handed over, or in its immediate vicinity.
